Our pre-purchase home inspections include a thorough review of the entire home, from the roof to the foundation, and everything in between. Your satisfaction with our services is always our top priority.
*Inspection Fee is based on Square Footage starting at $350 for a home up to 1,999 Sq Ft
*Additional Fee is assessed for 50 miles outside of Irmo, SC
New Construction Home Inspection
At Palmetto Pro Home Inspection Services, LLC, we specialize in New Construction home inspections to ensure that you are getting the best quality home for your money. Our team of certified inspectors are highly trained and experienced in the industry, and use the latest technology to provide detailed reports.
New Construction Inspections entails Pre-Drywall Inspections, Certificate of Occupancy Inspection (when received), and 11-Month Warranty Inspection.

Move-In Certified Home Inspection
At Palmetto Pro Home Inspection Services, LLC, we are committed to providing top-tier home inspection services to homeowners and real estate agents alike. Our experienced and certified team provides thorough and accurate inspections, as well as Move-In Certified Pre-Listing Inspections. Our Move-In Certified Pre-Listing Inspection allows sellers to deal in good faith with potential buyers, by determining deficiencies and making corrections prior to listing. This helps to prevent last minute negotiations and justifies the full asking price of the home.
